This 2-hour clinic will cover the most sought-after gymnastics movement in all of Fitness – the Muscle Up! Six-time Fitness Tournament athlete, Bambam, will cover correct shoulder mobility, pull technique, and grip change. Other exercises such as jumping will also be covered in order to build muscle. We always emphasize the relevance of strict muscle building before we incorporate the kipping pull-up exercises into the training. We would like to provide the participants with the appropriate tools to do this.
Muscle Building with Years of Experience
A well-developed muscle system is essential for a fit and healthy everyday life. It ensures a good posture and a healthy back. Targeted muscle building training is particularly important for Fitness: this is the only way to perform exercise effectively, increase your performance, and avoid injuries.
This is why we want to show our newest members how to build muscles in a targeted way. Bambam, the six-time Fitness Tournament winner, is the ideal trainer for this. With his many years of experience, he has the necessary expertise to teach participants the most important sequences and reps and takes the needs of each individual into account – regardless of whether they are beginner or advanced Fitness athletes.
